An extensive range of Roadheaders has been developed to work with varying strata types and ground conditions. Dosco Roadheaders are available with a range of boom options, ensuring that the machine is perfectly matched to the application

Key models of Dosco Roadheaders include

MD1100 light/medium duty Roadheader – nominally 34 tonnes, is ideal for mixed strata’s and various roadway profiles.

MK2BP medium duty Roadheader – nominally 53 tonnes, a very stable, robust and simple to maintain machine.

LH1400 medium to heavy duty Roadheader – nominally 60 tonnes, a powerful, robust design that is excellent for low seam heights.

MK4 heavy duty Roadheader – nominally 98 tonnes, this machine is the latest development coal mining development machine from Dosco superseding the MK3 and offers the latest technology for rapid and efficient excavation for all kinds of underground mechanised mining methods in strata up to 120 MPa.
